All my collections are made of 18K solid gold except for the "Silver Jewelry handmade by me" which is made of sterling silver.

I don't have any piece of jewelry which is gold plated.

Beaded jewelry are having 18K or 14K solid gold or sterling silver findings, as clearly mentioned in the specific product description.

We use natural stones, ethically sourced for our products. we also use lab grown moisssanite for certain products read instructions.

Treatment & care: 

Avoid wearing gemstone jewelry  while doing activities that could damage it, such as working with heavy machinery or doing household chores that involve chemicals or abrasives. 

Remove your jewelry before going in swimming in a pool or hot tub, as chlorine and other chemicals can damage the stone.

Keep your jewelry clean: Regularly clean your gemstones jewelry with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove dirt, oils, and residue that may accumulate from wearing them. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals that can damage the peridot gemstone.

Store them properly: When you're not wearing your jewelry, store them in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. Avoid storing them with other jewelry to prevent scratches or damage.

Avoid exposure to chemicals: Gemstones can be sensitive to chemicals, so it's important to avoid exposing your gemstone jewelry to harsh chemicals such as household cleaners, perfumes, and hairsprays. These chemicals can dull the shine of the gemstone and damage its surface.

Some items would be available in stock and can be shipped within 1-2 business days. Many items are made to order, please expect 2-4 weeks for production, in addition to the delivery lead time.

Orders in USA, CANADA or MEXICO are shipped via USPS and typically take up to max 14 business days to arrive at the destination address. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather or customs delays. you maybe requested to pay sales tax as per your State taxation law at checkout.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide using FedEx International. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import customs duties, VAT and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot be held responsible for any extra charges.

Shipping Restrictions: Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to track your package on the FedEx website.

Delayed Orders: If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with a revised estimated delivery date.
